The role

• Stay up to date with the property market and competitors
• Canvass potential business and sales opportunities
• Carry out accompanied viewings with customers
• Build long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate offers
• Generate new leads through canvassing and identifying sales opportunities
• Market properties to potential tenants or homeowners via social media and advertising platforms such as Rightmove
• Handle a high volume of inquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face

The candidate

• Full UK Driving License
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in sales or a similar role
