At Realise, we’re searching for people who are passionate about developing and supporting our learners to fulfil their potential. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Employability Tutor to join the team based in the West Yorkshire region, with travel required to Bradford, Huddersfield, and other surrounding areas.

While we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to include:

  • Organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching, learning, and assessment at a range of levels, as well as the timely completion of related admin using our e-portfolio systems.
  • Ensure the successful completion, achievement, and progression of all learners on your caseload in a timely manner.
  • Constantly identify progression opportunities for learners.
  • Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all clients.

This role will require you to travel to clients' premises or our skills hubs and work remotely and flexibly as needed.

About You

  • Experience of delivering employability (or similar) courses
  • Experience and confidence in virtual/online delivery
  • Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent
  • Hold a relevant teaching and assessing qualification (or equivalent) - desirable
  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of safeguarding practices and legislation
