You will be helping in delivering a high level of consistent service and food offering across a range of operations for the catering department, including high volume race days, conferences & events, clubhouse, cafes, restaurants, and internal hospitality.

- Follow work schedules, specifications, and menu production standards.
- Prepare and present food according to company standards.

- Support front-of-house team in food service as needed.
Team Responsibilities
- Ensure positive communication between catering, SCL departments, and service staff.
- Liaise with stores and kitchen teams for safe and timely food delivery.
- Operate the kitchen in the absence of the senior chef.
- Conduct daily food safety checks.
- Communicate allergen and service briefings clearly to the team.
Performance Monitoring
- Participation in meetings.
- Monitoring wastage and production levels.
