A privately owned, established energy trading company headquartered in West London with offices across the globe is looking for a senior EA to support their very bright, high energy, and considerate UHNW CEO across his business and personal life. The team is very friendly and collaborative. The role is a combination of EA and Private PA for the CEO (60/40): a family man with grown-up children, homes in London and internationally. He is very active, loves sports, and is an extremely nice, kind, non-confrontational man who needs upward management. Dress code in the office is casual.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive travel management - CEO travels weekly, including both business and private trips.
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings with downtime and travel time considerations.
- Organizing international meetings with VIPs, government officials, etc.
- Coordinating and managing collections of contemporary art, prestige cars, and fine watches.
- Liaising with PAs based internationally.
- Gatekeeping and bringing order to the CEO’s life.
- Handling KYC, fees, checks for personal banking and household finances.
- Managing household staff, recruitment, and administration.
- Providing support to other family members as needed.
- Dealing with lawyers, accountants, and other consultants on personal matters.
- Property management for London properties and a property portfolio.
- Supervising household and superyacht staff.
- Family event planning and management.
- Handling luxury goods and pet care.
- Supporting other private and business projects as required.
