We are hiring RICS Residential Surveyors across the country (and especially in London!).

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes:
- Inspecting properties
- Evaluating their conditions
- Identifying potential issues or hazards
- Providing detailed reports
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.

- London anywhere inside M25
- Kingston/Twickenham KT/TW and Southwest London
- Surrey/Sussex/Crawley/East Grinstead/Tonbridge GU/RH/TN
- Darlington/Middlesborough DL/TS
- North Manchester/Warrington M/WA
- Aylesbury/Milton Keynes/Luton HP/MK/LU
- Peterborough/Cambridge PE/CB
Permanent salaried roles with fee revenue and points bonus schemes are available. AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS with VRS surveyors are required. Candidates must have good recent L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation experience; L3 support will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional accreditation or certification in surveying (RICS/VRS) is essential
- Valid driver’s license
