Job Description:

Role Description: Management of specific customers to support delivery of the Princes RGM and trading commercial (branded) strategy focused on revenue, profit (NM%, NM per case, EBITDA), and market share objectives/budget. Coordinate with the full CS&P function to translate brand strategy into customer-ready plans in partnership with Sales. Ensure RGM plans are aligned internally and executed externally, optimizing ROI against KPIs. Support the RGM team with pricing, promotional planning, analysis, and SKU profitability.
Key Deliverables:
- Execute short-term RGM tactics and long-term strategies within the customer portfolio.
- Enhance customer performance and profitability through understanding their strategy and building strong relationships with sales teams.
- Map promotional plans, analyze performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze profitability of brand and shopper plans, including NPD and promotions.
- Manage SKU mix, identify strong and weak performers, and focus on key products by account.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal execution of RGM strategies for channel-specific customers, including pricing, promotions, range, and trading terms.
- Advise on PPA strategy, profit mix, SKU rationality, and trade architecture.
- Plan and evaluate promotions, monitor competitor activity, and manage excess stock and profitable clearance.
- Conduct profit analysis to manage SKU mix and enable course correction.
Role Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Commercial experience in Sales, Category, or RGM roles with proven results.
- FMCG experience with UK retail environment exposure, including key retailers.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actions.
