In order to succeed in this role, you’ll be expected to:
- Ensure adherence to current Company policies and procedures
- Ensure complete accuracy of Company documentation
- Ensure the accurate reconciliation and banking of all store revenues
- Conduct Trading Standards compliance checks
- Produce Point of Sale/price indicators
- Book incoming/outgoing stock
- Process damaged stock (demics)
- Issue and input stock inventory counts
- Issue and input inter-store transfers
- Ensure store compliance with Company deadlines
- Process customer orders
- Conduct new starter inductions
- Perform new starter reference checks
- Manage payroll procedures
- Adhere to cash office procedures
