Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with classroom management, ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
- Help develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
- Support effective classroom transitions.
- Supervise children during activities; use positive discipline techniques as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the classroom environment.
- Present a positive, professional image, adhering to uniform policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, including greeting by name, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and sharing updates on their child\’s progress and classroom activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 16 years old
