Primary Teaching Assistant – Benefits:

Full-time, long-term role within a single Primary School (no ad-hoc supply work)

Primary Teaching Assistant – The Role:
Coveted role as a Primary Teaching Assistant
Sociable hours of 0830 – 1530 Monday to Friday
Located in the heart of Oxfordshire
Collaborating alongside experienced classroom teachers to provide a range of support to an equal range of learners
Opportunity of running Literacy and Numeracy intervention, in group settings or in a 1:1 capacity
Differentiating your support to suit individual needs and dispositions, academic and emotional both
To provide encouragement where necessary to children of a tender age

Primary Teaching Assistant – Ideal Pre-Requisites:
Core subject Degree from high-calibre British University
Strong prior academic background (A Levels)
Experience in tutoring, coaching or childcare advantageous to application
Competent in Numeracy and Literacy skills
Ability to communicate effectively with young people
Patient and nurturing disposition
