We are seeking a Rating Referencer for our client, a reputable firm specialising in Business Rates advice. This is a home-based role primarily covering the Midlands and North of the country.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect commercial properties of all types.
2. Produce CAD drawings of the inspected properties.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in property inspection and CAD drawing is essential.
• Background in Business Rates or architecture is desirable.
