Reed Learning is a leading provider of innovative Learning & Development solutions, offering a comprehensive portfolio that includes professional qualifications, apprenticeships, managed services, consultancy, and in-company training. We are seeking a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Content Creator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design and develop engaging, visually appealing, and interactive digital learning materials that can be added to our virtual learning environment. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts to produce high-quality content that supports the delivery of professional qualifications, apprenticeships and bespoke training solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia production, AI generated content and instructional design principles to support the development of engaging, learner-focused content. Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop interactive e-learning content.
- Create multimedia content including videos, animations, infographics, and audio to support qualification-based and apprenticeship learning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate materials into clear, engaging digital learning experiences.
- Develop scripts and storyboards aligned with qualification frameworks, apprenticeship standards, and bespoke learning objectives.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility, usability, and compliance standards.
- Conduct quality assurance and learner testing to ensure content effectiveness and engagement.
- Stay current with trends in digital learning.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong multimedia production skills, including video editing, animation, and graphic design.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with a focus on time management, planning, and attention to detail.
- Proven proficiency with Moodle Workplace.
- Experience with gamification, scenario-based learning, or interactive assessments.
