Job Description We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager for Stores to join the LEGO Group Retail Finance team, based in London. The role reports into the Stores Finance Director. The LEGO Retail business is supported by the LEGO Retail Finance team which consists of ~20 colleagues based across Europe, Americas and Asia. Do you have what it takes? Strong business partnering experience, with the ability to influence senior commercial and operational stakeholders across markets. Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive decision making and performance improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in preparing executive-level materials and leading discussions. Strong organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize effectively and manage cross-functional deliverables. Analytical mindset, enjoying getting to the root causes of issues and making recommendations for improvements in a highly collaborative way. Finance experience in a retail/consumer goods business would be very advantageous. Comfortable challenging and influencing key partners.
