Are you passionate about finance and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation? The Avanti West Coast Finance team is looking for dedicated professionals to provide proactive support to our Executive Finance Director, the Executive team, and the wider business. In this role, you will be involved in strategic financial planning and forecasting, management accounting, internal and external statutory reporting, shared services, and financial control. Join us to ensure robust financial health and seamless operations across the organisation. You will handle inter-company reconciliation in Avanti, which is a key part of the period-end process across First Group, and support the Treasury and Financial Accounts team as needed.

Key Accountabilities

  • Inter-company reconciliation: Be the main contact for inter-company queries.
  • Process improvement: Review and improve inter-company processes.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations: Active monitoring and facilitation of invoices across First Group companies.
  • Support: Assist with cash flow forecasting and reporting.
