The Culture and Creative Industries Service is recruiting a Museum Support Officer to manage financial grant reporting and administration of our programme. This role is varied and offers growth opportunities as the team takes on new programmes funded by diverse sources. The Museum Support Officer will work with the Senior Leadership Team and the South West Museum Development Programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely Arts Council grant reporting
  • Contributing to the South West Museum Development financial annual report
  • Collating investment reports for museums across the South West of England
  • Preparing financial reports for stakeholders
  • Supporting team activities such as project and grant management

This position is based at Bristol Museum and Art Gallery with flexible home working.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organisational, communication, and financial management skills.
