iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work for our client based in the North London Haringey area. The successful candidate will play a part in helping to inspire children within the nursery setting, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others. The successful postholder will ensure that children are safe, cared for and educated to the highest standard at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
- Managing a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
- Observing children and taking notes of any problematic behaviour
- Feeding and changing babies
- Communicating with parents and staff members
- Ensuring the safety of children
- Helping children learn numeracy and language through daily activities
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Motivated individual who will be passionate about delivering an exceptional standard of care, thrive in a team environment.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday
