Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and friendliness
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to health and safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
- Completing cleaning schedules as per the chart
- Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
- Maintaining cleanliness and restocking in operational areas
- Reporting work-related incidents promptly
- Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
