As a Restaurant Team Member, you will create exceptional guest experiences. Whether greeting guests or producing bakery items, your energy and passion for service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming customers with a smile and friendliness
  • Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to health and safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
  • Completing cleaning schedules as per the chart
  • Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
  • Maintaining cleanliness and restocking in operational areas
  • Reporting work-related incidents promptly
  • Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
