Are you interested in joining our well-established and friendly Front of House team at Bradford Theatres to deliver a first-class customer experience? We are looking to expand our casual workforce at the King’s Hall and Winter Garden in Ilkley.
Requirements include:
- Experience working face-to-face with the public
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK with appropriate documentation
- Ability to work regularly throughout the year, including bank holidays, mainly during evenings and weekends
- Good command of spoken and written English
The King’s Hall has a capacity of 550 and is located conveniently outside Ilkley Train Station. We host various shows, comedy acts, and events. To succeed, you must be enthusiastic, capable of maintaining high standards in a customer-facing environment, and able to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring audience behaviour to ensure safety
- Maximising sales of ice creams and merchandise
- Handling tickets accurately
- Providing information about upcoming shows and events
- Enhanced cleaning of Front of House areas before, during, and after performances, following Covid-19 guidelines for hygiene
Uniforms and PPE for cleaning duties will be provided. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and update training as needed.
