Senior Consultant – Sustainability | Helping businesses secure top Sustainability talent
Sustainability Consultant | London – Remote | Permanent | up to £45,000
We are partnered with a growing Property Consultancy who are looking to bring on a brand-new Sustainability Consultant.
This is an ideal opportunity for a consultant who has experience delivering Green Building Certifications – ideally, BREEAM and SKA.
This is chance to be part of a rapidly-expanding Sustainable Real Estate Consultancy with a vision to make buildings net positive contributors to the environment, human health, and the economy.
The Role
You\’ll be leading on projects that help new construction and the existing built environment become as green as possible.
A collaborative, supportive team – you’ll work closely with other senior consultants who genuinely care about your growth.
- Deliver industry-leading BREEAM, SKA, LEED, WELL, and Fitwel certifications — with a particular emphasis on refurbishment and fit-out.
- Manage and coordinate multiple sustainability deliverables across projects.
- Work directly with clients, contractors, and supply chains to overcome barriers and deliver impactful outcomes.
About you
- Licensed BREEAM and/or SKA Assessor
- Worked in a consultancy environment
- Solid experience with fit-out projects and working closely with contractors
- Experience managing certification schemes across multiple frameworks
Package
- Up to £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
- Remote working (visits to London presence)
- 28 days annual leave + BH
