Position: Sales Support Executive Location: Houghton Regis Job type: Full Time, Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling career with a healthcare company that transforms lives? The impact that you will have: As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our customers. Working within a small team, you will be providing quotations via email, inputting sales orders and providing admin support. You will be building and maintaining strong customer relationships, helping our Commercial teams to drive new business. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of managing customer queries efficiently ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Actively support all Sales portfolios in order to represent a β€˜One Arjo’ customer experience. Build and maintain close business working relationships with Heads of Commercial Solutions, Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists in order to help support and drive solution selling, new business opportunities and lead generation and maintaining current customer relationships. Manage all queries and customer orders received via the email inbox. Support and drive process for customer leads to be assigned and actioned appropriately and in a timely manner. Scan, check and archive all processed orders for the department. Accurately process and administrate customer quotations and customer orders assisting the Account Managers with all related queries. Liaise with key stakeholders regarding product availability and delivery timescales and advise customers to ensure we manage their expectations. Remain up to date with the current product portfolio. Responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships to be able to offer and propose optimal ordering and delivery practices to customers. Creating a single point of contact for both our internal and external customers. Input and maintain customer specific information within Salesforce. Take full ownership of customer complaints through to resolution. Take ownership of your own development ensuring your Personal Development Log is kept up to date. To meet your KPI’s in line with objectives set Implement outcomes of coaching, feedback and training in line with set objectives Ensure errors are kept to a minimum. Ensure administration duties are completed accurately and within timescale. Skills and Experience: Administrative experience, preferably within a customer orientated environment Excellent time management skills ensuring a high level of productivity. Experience of working in a sales environment would be desirable. IT: Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and Outlook Proven ability to operate accurately in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and spoken English. Excellent interpersonal skills both on the telephone, face to face and in written email communication Effective team player Diplomatic, excellent listening skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers.
