THE COMPANY: We are working with a rapidly growing investment services firm, who primarily operate within Private Markets. This role supports data operations and oversight of governance activity across multi-jurisdictional investment structures.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capture, maintain, and report governance data related to investment structures and portfolio entities.
- Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to track officer appointments, structure changes, and fund flows.
- Maintain and update legal structure charts and submit for timely review and approval.
- Track critical reporting and compliance dates; respond to governance and event documentation.
- Fulfil service requests from cross-functional stakeholders (Deal Teams, Compliance, Tax, Corporate Admin).
- Support and contribute to a live process improvement program, with automation and workflow enhancements (e.g., ServiceNow implementation).
- Maintain and reconcile records related to investment positions, capital allocations, and structural changes.
- Escalate constraints, unclear client requests, and resourcing issues appropriately to protect quality and delivery timelines.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking
- Experience with data reconciliation and balance sheet understanding
- Familiarity with platforms such as eFront, Investran, or similar
- Exposure to Private Equity, Fund Administration, or M&A/Corporate Law Environments
