Strategic Vision Wealth Management is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our small, values-led financial planning firm. We believe in doing the right thing for our clients and, with us, you can make a real difference and develop your career.

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a vital role in our client servicing team, supporting Financial Planners with:

  • Business processing and administration tasks.
  • Preparing for annual planning meetings.
  • Managing platform-based tasks.
  • General client servicing.

About you:

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:

  • At least 2 years experience in admin for an independent financial planning firm.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial services products.
  • Ideally experience using Intelliflo together with Hubwise and Nucleus platforms.
  • A positive, proactive mindset you enjoy improving things and getting things done.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
