The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an amazing opportunity to join an internationally renowned organisation working for the CEO, as gatekeeper, right-hand aide and integral part of the senior executive team.
The successful candidate must be experienced, ambitious, resilient, and able to make effective decisions in an extremely fast-paced environment. This candidate must be an adept problem solver, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at the highest level. Discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness are essential.
This applicant must have the maturity and confidence to be an effective guardian of the CEO’s time – managing expectations courteously and efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as drafting materials on behalf of the CEO will be a large part of the role.
This candidate should be degree-educated with excellent Microsoft Office skills, and experience working in complex environments at CEO or Chairman level for a well-established organisation, PLC or Governing Body. Experience in a scientific organisation would be hugely beneficial.
Hours – 9am-5pm (some out of hours required)
Start – ASAP
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex travel, including air, visa, accommodation and transportation
- Complex diary management and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and minute taking
- Creating / drafting presentations and documents for the CEO
- Draft high-quality communications on behalf of the CEO
- General co-ordination with personal / business arrangements
- Project work – presentations, research
- Accompany CEO at internal and external meetings as required
- Represent the CEO as required at meetings and events / provide feedback
- Work closely with the CEO’s direct reports and other senior colleagues
