C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to CEO and Board for a prestigious private members' organisation. This exceptional Executive Assistant to CEO role presents a rare opportunity to work alongside a high-profile, exacting yet charming CEO, as well as a distinguished executive team and a wider network of exclusive high-net-worth members. This is a dynamic and multifaceted Senior EA position, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented EA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Set within stunning surroundings, the EA to CEO role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact at the heart of a prestigious, traditional organisation that blends elite service with a warm, close-knit culture.

You will work alongside other dedicated support professionals and a wide variety of stakeholders from senior executives to trustees and distinguished members. As a true lynchpin of the team, this EA will be involved in everything from classic EA to CEO responsibilities to governance initiatives, project support and process improvements, as the members club enters an exciting, unprecedented era of change, making this a highly visible and rewarding role.

Position: Executive Assistant to CEO predominantly. This role will also involve supporting other Board execs as well as members directly when needed. To thrive here, you will have a ‘no job is too small’ attitude and be happy to muck in at all levels.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Hybrid Set-up: 5 days on site

Benefits: Excellent, including 23 days holiday (rising to 28), generous pension, bonus, PHI, staff events, meals on duty and free parking.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to CEO position:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO including complex diary and inbox management, document drafting, and meeting preparation.
  • Extensive coordination of committee and advisory group meetings – scheduling, agendas, board packs, papers, minute-taking, and drafting communications on behalf of CEO.
  • Manage the Club Office including supervision of two team members and oversight of departmental budgets.
  • Coordinate key annual events and dinners.
  • Act as the key liaison for numerous members, internal teams, and external stakeholders – providing solutions and service with professionalism.
  • Uphold and support governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead or assist in projects to improve systems, streamline operations, and drive operational excellence during a time of significant growth and change for the club.
  • Draft, review and proofread correspondence and reports on behalf of the CEO.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience at CEO/Board level within a complex, high-standard environment.
  • Ideally some experience in a membership organisation, hospitality, military or similar setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – professional, warm, and emotionally intelligent.

  • Process-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing others and leading within a department.
