Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Chef to join The Grove team. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for residents and others as required, in a timely manner.
  • Catering to diverse dietary needs and cultural preferences.
  • Providing catering for celebrations and events within the home.
  • Ordering supplies within the catering budget and company policies, using approved suppliers when the senior cook is unavailable.
  • Maintaining accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP standards.
  • Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and local authorities.
  • Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen by following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
  • Supporting a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Health & Safety policies.
