What You’ll Do: IMG are looking for multiple Senior Video Editors to join our team at Premier League Productions. Reporting to our Lead Editor, you be responsible for ensuring we deliver high-quality digital-first video content to the Premier League website, app and social media channels, as well as the processes which underpin our production, and managing/mentoring individuals within our team. We would love to hear from individuals who are fully versed in the Adobe Creative Cloud, are fearlessly creative and passionate about football, and live and breathe digital-first video editing. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until 29th May 2026 based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will be required to work evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: To edit themselves and approve other’s video content for distribution on the Premier League website, app and social media channels, with a sharp eye for grammar, style and accuracy. Manage and mentor junior line reports in best-in-class editing techniques for digital platforms. Create content ranging from hard-hitting stories to more simple, briefed montages, in various aspect ratios and to various lengths depending on the deliverable. Instrumental in workflow creation and maintenance; ensuring content is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Analyse content performance and optimise based on data and insights Contributing to the generation of content ideas, helping to deliver innovative ideas that drive value for the Premier League. Responsible for adhering to editorial and compliance guidelines, and that content is accurate and fact-checked. You Will Have The Following Strengths: Extensive experience video editing experience, including an exciting portfolio of digital-first editing experience for brands or publishers. Passionate and knowledgeable about football, social media and digital audiences/trends. Strong understanding of social trends and editing techniques, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in line with industry changes Experience of managing other editors. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’d Love If You Also Have These: Demonstrates excellent football/social thinking, and an understanding of the audience. Very strong understanding of how to structure content for optimal digital performance. A passion for storytelling. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills. Uses own initiative and ability to work well as part of a team and remotely without close supervision. Previous experience of working to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure.
