With a century of experience in textiles and related products, BTTG and Shirley are leading independent organizations for testing and certification. BTTG specializes in testing, certification, and auditing of Personal Protective Equipment and Construction Products. Shirley is a member of the OEKO-TEX Association, offering testing and certification to standards such as STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, MADE IN GREEN BY OEKO-TEX, STeP, DETOX TO ZERO, ECOPASSPORT, and LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO-TEX, along with analytical and investigation services. They are also members of the Expert Witness Scheme. In essence, we certify, test, audit, advise, and train. We operate in nine countries, assist clients in over 70 countries, and have laboratories in the UK and India. Our offices are located in Manchester, Leeds, Dublin, Bangladesh, China, Kenya, Pakistan, Singapore, Vietnam, and India. Due to a vacancy within the PPE Customer Services Team, we are seeking a Technical Customer Services Officer based in Trafford Park. Reporting to the Customer Services Section Leader, the main duties are: Managing the Customer Services email inboxes – responding to client emails, logging enquiries, uploading test results. Preparing and issuing quotations to clients. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client needs are met. Performing technical contract reviews of test submissions received. Creating sales orders using SAGE and CRM systems. Supporting the ‘Sample Logging’ team, including opening parcels and photographing samples. Meeting KPIs through the above tasks. Having a relevant Science degree or equivalent, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar technical environment. Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support the team where necessary. Exhibiting strong organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail. Managing time effectively and working under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
