Are you a master of moments, a curator of unforgettable experiences, and a strategist with a flair for spectacle? Do you know how to turn a brand’s vision into a show-stopping event that not only dazzles but delivers results?
We’re looking for a Senior Executive Engagement Marketing Manager to take our brand presence to the next level through experiences that are bold, brilliant, and unmissable.
About the Role
This is not your average marketing gig. As our Senior Executive Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be the heartbeat behind our most high-impact experiences — from C-suite summits and global trade shows to immersive product launches and VIP customer events. You’ll shape the strategy, craft the story, and orchestrate every detail with finesse. You will report directly to senior leadership and collaborate across marketing, sales, brand, and executive teams to make every event a power move.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategy: Own the end-to-end global event strategy — from concept and KPIs to execution and post-event impact.
- Design Experiences: Create immersive, high-touch, and high-return events that align with brand, voice, and audience.
- Drive ROI: Build experiences that convert — into relationships, revenue, and long-term brand loyalty.
- Manage Teams: Lead cross-functional teams and external partners like an orchestra conductor with perfect timing.
- Own the Details: Logistics, budget, venue, production, speakers, post-event content — you know how to bring it all together, flawlessly.
You Bring
- 7–10+ years of experience in event marketing (B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C preferred), with at least 3 years in a senior or executive role.
- Proven success in leading major events, especially in high-growth, brand-conscious companies.
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and executional excellence.
- A “nothing is impossible” attitude paired with a “plan B through Z” mindset.
- A deep understanding of how events drive business goals — and how to measure that impact.
- Bonus: Experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
This opportunity is an 11-month contract, hybrid in London.
