Renowned for their modern and commercially minded approach, due to growth they are actively seeking a Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role where you will work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) to manage a junior team and take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities. The Role The team is currently structured with a Partner/HOD, two Associates, and two Trainees. As the HOD also manages firmwide compliance, they are seeking a Senior Associate who can offer both technical litigation strength and day-to-day support in team leadership and oversight. This is not a back-office role β it is perfect for someone who wants to shape and grow a department, have a voice at the table, and get involved in management and business development. Key Responsibilities: To undertake a high-level mixed caseload of civil, property and commercial disputes resolution matters including contentious probate Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and business development Supervisory responsibilities i.e. mentoring, managing performance and development of juniors and trainee solicitors Who they are looking for: Qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE across a broad mix of civil and commercial matters including property disputes and contentious probate Excellent Business Development experience with the desire to contribute to the continued growth of the firm Ability to manage junior team members, ensuring high performance and professional development Excellent organisational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients, team members and wider firm.
