  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service, maintain accurate stock processes, ensure a safe environment, and meet targets.

  • Take a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is current and accurate to meet business needs.
