Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – Zones 1–3 London
Salary: £42,000 per annum

Location: London (Zones 1–3)
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company. You will work across a portfolio of commercial sites within Central London (Zones 1–3), providing planned and reactive maintenance with a strong focus on electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with current regulations and health & safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and site staff
- Work as part of a small mobile team
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical Installation or similar
- 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building services systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel across Zones 1–3 on foot/public transport
