An exciting opportunity has opened up at a fast-growing, culturally driven organisation at the forefront of digital content and community engagement. We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to take the lead on executing and managing a dynamic, multi-platform social media strategy.
In this hands-on, creative position, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing monthly content plans aligned with our core brand pillars. Working closely with our Social Media Strategist and Creative Director, you’ll drive social media campaigns, support product launches, and maintain a robust online presence across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, and YouTube.
You’ll be expected to independently produce engaging, high-quality content using both mobile and professional equipment, stay on top of digital trends, and contribute meaningfully to shaping the voice of a brand with a rapidly growing online community.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Produce, film, and edit platform-optimised video and graphic content
- Lead marketing activations and support community-driven initiatives
- Manage social budgets and track campaign effectiveness
- Engage with audiences and foster online community growth
- Monitor trends and generate timely, relevant content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or related roles
- Proven track record in content production and campaign delivery
- Strong video and graphic editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Experience working with brand partners and client-facing teams
- Familiarity with YouTube Membership or similar community engagement models
