TCCis looking for an Operations Manager , ideally from the Wealth Management space with extensive experience in running mid to large scaleremediationprojects. Job Title: Operations Manager -RemediationProject (Wealth Management) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3-6 months initially Rate: £450per day via an umbrella Location: Remoteworking from home Requirement: You will have strong product knowledge and be Diploma Level 4 qualified and have managed an operation on a thematic review previously possibly in a s.166 environment. This programme needs someone who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck in within a fast paced and changing environment and drive production while maintaining quality Experience : Ideally Diploma Level 4 qualifiedwith an understanding of the Wealth space and knowledge and experience of the products. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services. Proven track record in leadingremediationprojects or complex operational projects. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and schedules.
