We are seeking an experienced UKGWFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Consultant to join our dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will specialize in implementing, configuring, and optimizing UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Advanced Scheduling and Timekeeping solutions for mid-market enterprise clients. UKG Forecasting experience will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling modules.
- Work in the full lifecycle of UKG Pro WFM projects including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare.
- Optimize workforce scheduling processes to align with business goals and labour compliance standards.
- Customize and configure scheduling rules, pay codes, accruals, and timekeeping policies.
- Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.
- Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
- Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting UKG (Kronos) UKG Advanced Scheduling modules.
- Strong understanding of labour compliance, union rules, and scheduling best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
- UKG or Kronos certifications are a plus.
- Forecasting Module experience is a plus.
