What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pre- and post-induction plan that supports new ways of working and prioritises customer focus.
  • Create a scalable knowledge framework that evolves with our needs and aligns with job roles.
  • Curate engaging learning content through e-learning, interactive sessions, and expert mentorship.
  • Collaborate with talented L&D colleagues and industry experts to enhance our training programmes.
  • Support the wider business strategy by embedding the framework as a long-term development tool for all branch colleagues across the territory.
  • Ensure learning design is practical, measurable, and business-focused, enhancing performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and customer-centricity across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the builders merchant industry while remaining open to innovation and new ways of thinking.
