Our team consists of experienced former seafarers, offshore managers, and learning and competence specialists.

Role Description

This is a full-time (or Part-Time) Marine Instructor role located on-site in Glasgow and may require some travel to attend Clients sites to deliver training.

The Marine Instructor will be responsible for conducting industry-accredited training courses, providing consultancy services, and delivering safety-critical training activities. We are looking for a Seafarer with management experience onboard Tankers to deliver Tanker Familiarization Courses as well as other STCW courses with the outlook of developing future courses.

Qualifications

• Experience onboard Tankers, Chief Officer/2nd Engineer CoC or above.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
• Experience in delivering training and consultancy services
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
