The UK Sales Account Manager is a team member in BioCatch's commercial EMEA team. The role is focused on driving BioCatch account management and sales activities in the UK specifically and EMEA generally in the Banking and Financial Services market:
- Primarily looking after tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in the UK.
- Building deep customer relationships.
- Executing a developed strategic account plan for new, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Driving high customer satisfaction in those accounts.
BioCatch is seeking a dynamic, energetic, entrepreneurial sales professional, who will develop sales revenues from existing and new customers. This role will be responsible for the entire sales process from inception to successful conclusion including cultivating whitespace opportunities, prospecting in the named accounts, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
Requirements:
- Develop sales revenues from named existing BioCatch accounts with an emphasis on developing new business from within the assigned target accounts.
- Drive a strategic account plan for named accounts including opportunity management through to successful deal closure whilst maintaining a dynamic and consultative approach.
- Establish, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with customers, channel, and technology partners to execute BioCatch's GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with the executive management and BioCatch leadership to exceed sales objectives, expanding BioCatch's customer success.
- Work in partnership with the EMEA commercial team, including Business Development, Cyber Strategy, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Account Management functions to maximise revenue and technology adoption whilst retaining accountability for customer satisfaction.
- Develop and enhance BioCatch's strong brand within our strategic accounts.
- Successfully execute strategic and operational sales and marketing activities as well as representing BioCatch at relevant events.
- Accurately manage forecasts, including pipeline management and company reports.
