An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an interim Legal Counsel to join the EMEA Legal Operations team of a Fortune 50 technology company. This is a full-time, onsite role based in King’s Cross, London, and would suit a legally qualified professional (UK or EU qualified) with over 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, process and change management.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the rollout of the Global Master Retention Agreement (GMRA) across EMEA and APAC
- Managing contract processes and internal systems
- Delivering reports and MI for leadership teams
- Leading on playbooks, process flows, and visualisation of workflows
- Assisting with legal panel relationship management
- Revamping internal hub sites and databases
- Providing ad hoc project support across the legal ops function
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
- Prior in-house or law firm background
- Confidence using Google Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with eBilling tools like Legal Tracker
- Excellent organisational and process mapping skills
