Lead the overall brokerage commercial strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Develop suite of standard brokerage products, marketing materials and pricing models.

Collaborate with the Key Account Directors and Business Development teams to drive new opportunities.

Support all brokerage related opportunities and pipeline development.

Present monthly update to the Board, presenting key statistics, opportunities and strategic recommendations.

Attend customer visits to develop relationships, gain insights, and generate opportunities.

Act as the primary point of escalation for complex operational issues, providing guidance and solutions.

Conduct regular audits of customer processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Support onboarding of new business in alignment with account owner and onboarding team.

Support and lead review of internal and customer SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supervising Customs Brokerage teams, with at least 5 years of Freight Forwarding experience., * 5+ years in Customs Brokerage/Freight Fording
