Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Domestic Security Technician to join their team covering the South Wales and Bristol area, supporting a growing client base.

The role of a Domestic Security Technician:

As a key member of the field operations team, you’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, minor installations, and fault diagnosis of domestic security systems. This will prominently be intruder systems, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting across residential properties in your local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and carry out small works on domestic intruder systems
  • Fault finding and delivering first-fix solutions whenever possible
  • Ensure systems are maintained in line with British Standards and current regulations
  • Provide technical support and professional advice to customers
  • Complete all service reports, documentation, and compliance paperwork
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience working with intruder systems is essential but gates and barrier experience would be highly desirable!
  • Knowledge of British Standards and FIA Units 1 & 5
  • Outgoing, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving license
