SEQUESTO is the leading AI-first RFP Response Platform trusted by global enterprises. Our mission is simple but bold: empower organisations to win more tenders, faster —by making complex RFX responses radically efficient and smarter through AI. Now, as we scale across Europe and North America, we’re expanding our Marketing team with a results-driven, creative, and strategic Growth Marketing Manager with a builder mentality, not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Role Overview
You’ll play a pivotal role in further building the SEQUESTO growth engine from the ground up—owning multi-channel campaign execution, shaping how we show up in the market, and driving quality pipeline generation for Sales. This is a builder role for someone who loves data but knows that standout content and crisp positioning win over team members and decision makers. You’ll operate across the full funnel—bringing together SEO, SEA, paid media, content marketing, and ABM with experimentation, operational excellence, and strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end demand generation — from lead acquisition to conversion and expansion.
- Identify new revenue growth opportunities via audience insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data.
- Act as a strategic counterpart to Sales, Product Marketing, and the CMO to align GTM plans.
- Execute high-performing campaigns across SEO, SEA (Google Ads), LinkedIn, email, ABM, and retargeting.
- Own and grow our LinkedIn presence, including ghostwriting for leadership and running paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with product marketing to shape persona-led campaigns and create high-converting landing pages.
- Craft compelling content in multiple formats (written, video, interactive) that drives awareness and educates buyers.
- Identify and activate next-gen content distribution opportunities —including strategies to get SEQUESTO content referenced in large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)—to establish thought leadership and expand our influence in procurement, compliance, and AI-driven response automation.
- Build and manage reporting dashboards to track MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI.
- Run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and funnel analysis to improve conversion rates.
- Develop insights that inform spend decisions, campaign pivots, and future roadmap.
- Stay ahead of trends in SEO, AI-powered content tools, RFP software, and growth marketing best practices.
- Deeply understand customer segments and use that knowledge to refine ICP, messaging, and campaign targeting.
- Contribute to Sequesto’s strategic positioning as a premium alternative to both legacy and AI-native RFP tools.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company (scale-up or high-growth phase).
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated campaigns across organic and paid channels.
- Strong SEO and SEA skills —you understand both the strategy and the hands-on tactics.
- Ability to create, manage, and repurpose content (visual, written, and video) with creative partners.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, GA4, Figma, LinkedIn Campaign Manager are a must, nice to have: Webflow, Clearbit, and Looker Studio.
- Fluent in English (C2 level); other European languages are a plus.
- Nice to Have: Experience in RFP, procurement, or compliance software.
- Knowledge of ABM strategies and product-led growth techniques.
- Hands-on experience with video content, tutorials, and short-form storytelling.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Mutiny, Segment, or Jasper.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation tailored to your experience and market benchmarks.
- Remote-first team culture.
- High-performance, high-support culture where autonomy and ownership are celebrated.
- Access to world-class tooling, growth budgets, and strategic mentorship.
- The chance to shape one of the fastest-growing AI platforms in the response automation space.
