Due to an increase in workload they are now hiring either one full-time or two part-time Guest Services Managers to lead their Guest Services team. Youll be the main contact for guests post-booking, ensuring their experience is smooth, personal, and exceeds expectations. This includes managing check-ins, coordinating with operations, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.
