We are a highly successful recruitment consultancy based in Ireland, specialising in the Construction Trades & Labour sector. With a proven track record of success in Ireland, we have recently expanded into the UK market and we are looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant to help spearhead our attack on the UK market.

We work closely with housebuilders, civil contractors and fit-out companies, and we already have a strong portfolio of established clients eager to expand with our support. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to join us at the beginning of our UK expansion, with unlimited potential for growth and career progression. Be successful and you will move up to Director level with share options.

The Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a major role in driving the growth of our UK division. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, sourcing top talent for the construction industry, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with housebuilders, civil contractors, and fit-out companies.
  • Sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates within the construction trades and labour sector.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from client meetings to candidate placement.
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Driving business development to expand the client base and further establish our presence in the UK market.
  • Working collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure the division's success.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.

The Person

To be considered, it’s important that you have a proven track record of success as a recruiter within the Construction Trades & Labour market with a desire to be the best in your field. You will be impressed by the scope for progression and the unlimited earning potential.

The Rewards

A flexible basic salary is on offer of around £35,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience. A full benefits package is included which allows for a company car/car allowance and an uncapped commission scheme which will give you a percentage of all revenue/GP that you bring in. Be successful and you can move up to Director level and start to recruit your own team.
