We’re excited to be recruiting for this senior role on behalf of a well-established and highly respected pensions organisation. This newly created leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior pensions professional with deep experience in DC CRM.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the DC client engagement and retention strategy, driving client satisfaction, service innovation, and growth across a diverse and high-profile client portfolio.

Day-to-day you will be:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of CRMs
  • Acting as a DC subject matter expert for both internal teams and sponsoring employers
  • Supporting new business pitches and managing relationships with newly onboarded DC clients
  • Presenting the DC proposition at client meetings
  • Driving service improvements in response to client feedback
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance revenue

Candidate must haves:

  • Proven experience in DC relationship management within trust-based schemes, a DC consultancy, or a platform provider
  • Strong technical understanding of DC legislation, governance, and investment options
