Associate Director - DC Client Relations

This newly created leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior pensions professional with deep experience in DC CRM.You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the DC client engagement and retention strategy, driving client satisfaction, service innovation, and growth across a diverse and high-profile client portfolio.Day-to-day you will be Managing and mentoring a team of CRMs Acting as a DC subject matter expert for both internal teams and sponsoring employers. Supporting new business pitches and managing relationships with newly onboarded DC clients. Presenting the DC proposition at client meetings Driving service improvements in response to client feedback Identifying opportunities to enhance revenueCandidate must haves Proven experience in DC relationship management within trust-based schemes, a DC consultancy, or a platform provider. Strong technical understanding of DC legislation, governance, and investment options.
