Role: Lead Theatre Nurse/ SFA
Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Location: London
Hours: 37.5 (Full-time) Permanent
A exceptional private hospital based in South London is looking for an experienced Lead Theatre Nurse to join their growing team.
Main Duties:
- Provide clinical leadership to all nursing staff in theatres and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Co-ordinate the day to day running of the theatres, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Mentoring and supporting Junior Members of staff
- You will be a team player who is confident to run theatre lists and set up theatres.
- Scrubbing for a range of specialisms, including: gynaecology, plastics, ENT.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with valid registration.
- 2 years of UK-based experience working at a senior level, with a proven track record of excellence in clinical practice and leadership.
- Experience in a perioperative setting, with scrub expertise.
- ENT, Gynae, general and urology scrub experience.
- SFA qualification
