The Harvey Norman Liverpool Computer and Mobile Technology Department is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Tech Team Leader. Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support for laptops, mobile phones, and other computer peripherals.
  • Manage book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process returns and faulty products, coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits as needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to ensure prompt repairs or replacements.
  • Apply screen protectors and set up computers for customers.
  • Undertake cashiering and sales duties as required.
