KPI Recruiting is seeking Food Production Operatives to join the Dairy Department at our client's site in Nantwich.
Shifts available: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, with a 1-week advance rota. 6am - 4pm.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks (up to 25kg).
- Operate pallets and handle materials.
- Work on the plough and cleaning tasks once trained.
- Operate scales and machinery when trained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform ad hoc tasks, including outdoor work.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Experience in food production is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in hot environments (up to 40°C).
- Physical ability for lifting and manual handling.
