A Day in the Life of an LPN / CMA - Crosby Clinic
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assessing patients and preparing them for physician consultations, including assisting with procedures and treatments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatments in medical records while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state nursing regulations. You will be pivotal in managing the communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare teams to coordinate care, including scheduling tests and managing follow-ups. The position demands strong organizational skills to handle a high-stress environment and adapt to varying patient needs. As an LPN, you will also assist in maintaining clinic supplies and educating patients about their care, providing direct and indirect patient support.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:- Current LPN license from the State of Minnesota -OR- Graduate of a medical assistant program with CMA OR CCMA certification within one year of hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- One year of clinical nursing experience (for coordinator or specialist roles)
