They are now growing their team in County Antrim—and they’re looking for a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to help shape the future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll lead a variety of projects from concept through to construction, working closely with directors, clients, and in-house teams.
- This is your chance to make your mark—managing and mentoring a growing team, building client relationships, and delivering high-impact design and survey work.
- Lead small to medium civil and structural projects
- Guide and support junior engineers and technical staff
- Manage client relationships, proposals, and project scopes
- Oversee surveys, technical reports, contract admin, and design reviews
- Deliver work on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Who You Are:
- Chartered (or on the path to chartership) with ICE, IStructE, or MRICS
- Proven background in building structures, project management, and client liaison
- Comfortable overseeing surveys, structural assessments, and mentoring engineers
- Technically strong—skilled in design software, relevant standards, and drawing/modelling
- Great communicator and organiser, with commercial awareness and leadership ability
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and Building Regulations is a big plus
