Software Engineer – AI Enablement – Manchester
One of my clients is looking for a Software Engineer to join a team that is reimagining how software is built by integrating cutting-edge AI tools directly into the engineering lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design intelligent multi-agent systems tailored for software development
- Develop prompt structures, logic flows, and tool integrations that guide agent behaviour
- Enable agent access to development infrastructure, including file systems, test suites, version control, and APIs
- Evaluate AI performance and continuously refine workflows
- Orchestrate systems of AI agents to elevate how teams write and deliver software at scale
Key Skills:
- 2-5 years software engineering experience
- Experience with modern backend and frontend technologies such as Java, TypeScript, React, and MySQL
- Exposure or passion for generative AI tools and platforms (LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, codegen systems, vector databases)
- Driving innovation as a core principle
- Experience in greenfield projects
