We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Associate to join our Flagship store.
You will need to demonstrate excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor. Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge. Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base. Work as a team to ensure store maintenance, presentation, and organisation. Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed. Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively. Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising, and maintaining a tidy back of house.
